Just another short comment.
As of late, (like the last year), I've had so many projects on the go that time is a very precious comodity to me. For example, the CoffeeKid site has become a bit of a monster, in that it generates about 15,000 unique visitors a week, and in turn generates about 75-100 emails a day to my in box for the coffeekid.com domain. I have a whole slew of "canned" responses ready to send out to the most common questions, but in the end, I still spend about 1 to 2 hours every day just answering that email and falling behind.
Further, managing a small but growing company weighs heavily on me. Since we incorporated, every contract we sign is no longer "woo hoo! we just nailed $35 grand!!!" it is instead "wooo hooo! we just made enough to cover salaries for 3 months!!". I say this partially in jest, but having salaries is a heavy burden. On top of that is a worse burden - hiring, and especially, firing people. I had to fire somone recently, and I really, really, REALLY don't like that.
Basically I'm trying to cop out a reason here why the YAWT site hasn't been updated in eons. I know there is a tiny, yet serious group of "fans" of the site, and I still get folks filling out the surveys and stuff, and I really appreciate the visits and especially the loyalty - even without any updates in eons, YAWT still gets about 150 visits a week, and in many ways, you folks are much more special to me than the 15,000 visitors the CoffeeKid site gets. But things are about to change...
