As if you needed another reason to not use Microsoft FrontPage, the 2002 version has this little gem in the EULA (end user licensing agreement):

"You may not use the Software in connection with any site that disparages Microsoft, MSN, MSNBC, Expedia, or their products or services ... "

Scary. License agreements have always been way too one sided for the software companies, but this goes way, way too far. way too far. It limits your freedom of speech. I hope someone in the US picks up on this and sues their asses off - preferably the Feds. It makes me wonder what is in the EULA for Office XP... probably the same thing. Use MS Word to write disparaging remarks about Microsoft, and you break your license agreement and are subject to legal damages.

So if I wrote this rant in Word XP, then copied it over to my content management system, I'd be breaking Microsoft's EULA. This assumes of course that the Office XP EULA is similar to the FrontPage 2002 EULA.

Scary... scary... scary. Software licenses go way way too far. This example ain't even extreme any longer.
